I think there's chance to go through... i've seen ppl mentioning it before... if not approved, you can try appealing... usually after appeal it may go thru... but muz be prepared they MAY be abit slow or u might haf to appeal a few times?

Ya.. I've seen e listings on e site oso n as few gd pricing ones r already snapped out lo.. That's y I told my hub that we haf to bring cheque book then if like a unit, on e spot bargain n pay e deposit.. N ya.. I've seen one on e site I tink is #1 one at Ave 8 I tink.. Cov asking for 100+k lo.. Condition wise not so sure la but shd be those very old reno oso.. they r juz trying their luck to find those expatriates or PR who can afford n earn e money.. Worse still maybe they r not really Planning to move hse so can take own sweet time wait n earn..

Lol.. E forum is full of temptations.. Sometimes see too much nice stuffs not gd for pocket..

hur hur hur.. my first flat i'm staying now is black n white... my floor tiles for room n living rooms are those matt type... HAHAHAHA... so itz pretty normal n easier to 'design' n maintain oso.. so next flat i'm doing a colorful theme... LOL...

This is one of my short listed ideal lighting oso! I'm tinking of having 3 different colors to be used at dining table but this can be DIY-Ed izit huh? Hehehe pls share e where u get e lights if u manage to get em! Hee..

For sengkang there's a few areas u can consider.. I actually saw online for Compassvale (opp compasspoint ones) selling at abt 480-530k oso.. Tink I saw on www.iproperty.com.sg some locations in sengkang r not that bad.. N e older batches are alot bigger at 121sqm for 5rm N some at abt 114-116sqm Dun tink there's gonna be any new mrt ba? But i noe sengkang east way building hospital then a mega mall to be built at dunno anchorvale or dunno fernvale.. But e ones near e upcoming mega malls one are newer n maybe due to e mall, prices higher oso..

Wow.. I tink e max max viewings my husb n I can go shd be abt 20 units ba? We haf certain locations in mind plus we r doing contra so I guess we wun haf e luxury to view so many units oso.. Btw, do u guys usually bring ur kids along for viewing? LOL.. My ger's 2 yrs old so wondering if we shd bring her along.. Some ppl say if a kid can run ard e hse happily etc e hse is gd.. But if a kid refuses to go in or wat then gotta reconsider on xxxxx issues?

I've tot of e qs of e loft units n penthouses there too! By e time e MoP is up, e mega mall shd haf been done as well as e other facilities bah? Smelly smelly oso can sell 800-900k? E 5rooms in Punggol is currently at 600+k n EA 600-700+k.. Sooo I guess that's how scary hdb prices r gonna go up to?
