Hi!! I have recently bought a resale condo as well and am starting my reno in mid april. Your area looks big and has nice layout *envy*. How I hope I have a spare room to convert into study, I even have to forgo my store room just to convert it into a maid room & to think my area is 1335psf.. haizz. This is all about layout.. lol.
