Anyway, I would like to seek some advice from all of you if anyone have dealt with them before? Went to their showroom today at Ubi Cresent to look at some sofas and relax corner furniture. The salesperson claim that the company have its own workshop in ShangHai and able to customize the furniture and it all comes in leather - Bonded, Cowhide or even higher grades of leather. Price wise quite ok, bonded leather and even some cowhide leather sofas going at 1199 - 1699 for 3-seaters. Is the pricing okay for leather sofas? Thanks and Cheers

Hi, It's not the built-in meal gate lock that u need to change, jus get those Duro lock for ur metal gate..... They have those which u can just change the key cylinder on ur wooden door - if that's the right term. then both the metal gate and main door will be open by the same key already..... I did managed to find one shop pop queensway shopping center, selling the Duro lock at 198 with that function. without it cost 188. Hope this helps Cheers

Hi all, To hijack the thread abit (Sorry to the TS), I am also on the journey on confirming my ID. Me and my wife have shortlisted : * (Daniel), Artrend (Ashley and Samn) and 2ndPhase (Joe). All the three seems okay to work with, especially 2ndPhase as he is doing up one of my friend's house at this moment. What to do.... my wife used to stay with her grandma for some time and the place is using this system..... tried to convince her that using two keys is safer but she is just too lazy to even carry two separate keys...kept saying one key enough..... so wat to do..... wanted to change the main door lock set and get another lock for the main gate but she kept saying to get those system which uses one key alone..... Haiz......... *dilemma*....... thinking of the big picture but kenna stopped by the laziness...... wat to do....... Cheers.........

Hi, Saw ur post above mentioning about using one key to open both the main door and the gate, can I ask does this comprises of all the items from (1) - (4) or just an addition of item (5) on top of ur items (1) - (4)? Cos my wife is looking for a door lock and gate lock which can both use the same key to open. Cheers

Yeah...... Definitely...... though all the three ID firms say my requirements shod only take 3 weeks, 1 month max.... but i will die die squeeze the job schedule out and inspect as and when since im doing outdoor sales...... surprise attack....... hahahaha Cheers

Hi to all, I am new to the forum and also due to the fact that I am sourcing for a reputable ID, I chanced upon this very helpful forum. I would like to seek some advice from all forummers here. I have purchased a 4-rm resale unit and have since collected my keys last week. Although the unit has been done up about 60-70%, I still need to do up some areas as listed below. 1) Shoe rack (4ft or full height?). 2) Featured wall to cover bomb shelter (B.S door opens from the living room instead from the side. Roughly 10ft). 3) A side table in MBR to cover odd angle. 4) False wall to cover sink-in wall 5) 14ft wardrobe in common room next to MBR. 6) One wardrobe in common room 2. 7) Partition between main door and kitchen to block the fridge 8) Painting. With the above, is my budget of 10K enough? Thanks in advance for all the advice.
