:dancingqueen:here is second part of update of the 3d drawing.... i just received the news that the loan had been approved.. probably, the renovation would start around this week or the next.... ))) Somehow... i prefer this design.. but i found the wardrobe to be very dark... tv console.. i prefer the previous design... so i tell my id that i want the previous console but with the colour that i wanted... so awaiting for the next drawing....

Kind of worth it... i decided to let go the mirror wall and tv console.. put something different... turn out to be very nice... using glittering wallpaper... obviously i add some more cash for that..

Actually both hubby and wifey love pink so much... tat why we wanted our house to be pink.... i got the latest design in hand.... later i upload it... chocolate,pink and red, black

In the Meantime waiting for the Drawing, I went out to buy my furniture... Since Court is having CNY sale, so go and buy all the necessary stuff : This Wat i got at Courts : 1.L Shaped Sofa 2.Bed Frame Storage Queen Size 3.SAmsung Refrigerator Side to Side Door 4.Samsung Washing MAchine Cum Dryer 5.Air Cooler 6.Fruit Extractor 7.Vacuum Cleaner 8.Irons and Iron Board 9.Fans 10.Deep Fryer 11.Rice Cooker 12.Water Boiler 13.Microwave Oven 14.Electric Oven 15.Printer 16.1TB Hardrive 17.Pillows Then I went to Rozel to get the rest of my furniture: 1.Dining Table 2.Coffee Table 3.Queen Size Orthopedic Bed 4.Finger Hand Seat Lastly, IKEA... Managed to get the small items only.... the big stuff to be continue..... Once I got the stuff, wil post it... Now Awaiting for Finalised Drawing..... Renovation Loan Approved.... Before I went to get my House Keys, obviously we survey for our ID. Initially , I wanted for a contractor so I could get cheaper renovation. But after so much tinking, this is my first house, gonna make the best of it within my own budget.. so get a ID.. So I embark my journey to survey my ID.. I went a few recommended ID. In the End, We decided to go for D'Trenzo@ Balestier, Id Name : Jorence. We are impressed with his professional and experience with interior designing. Since our budget is 15k , he tried his very best to fit to my budget. He did.. Renovation for My Home : 20ft Kitchen Top & Bottom with solid top - Suspended Kitchen Cabinet with Lower Lighting Windows for Service Yard TV console Full Height 10 ft Wardrobe Wall to Wall Glass Mirror at the Dining Shower Screen For Both Toilet Painting up to 10 colours Settee at MBR etc... at 14.5k nett.... No hidden cost... Plus Electrical Works.. Best thing of Jorence , anything I buy which need to be drill and fix, he will do it for me for FREE.... .hahah... Curtain track,shelves and etc.. he gonna fix for me.. In the Beginning, he told us that he will decide on the interior design based on his colour of his choice.. So I waited for 2 weeks as requested by him cause at that point of time it is CNY.. So give him face lah.... He also need to celebrate.. No rush for my side. Havent get my keys at that point of time.. After two weeks, I received the 3d drawings from him .. Actually I dont really like the colours that he play in this drawing. In term of Design, it is nice and very modern.. But i told him about the bad news about the change of colours... the next day, we meet him at the office to discuss on wat we wanted. We wanted the colour to be different from other homes so far i saw... I chose 6 colours made up of Chocalate chip,pink and white..

I still remember 3 Years back,me and my fiance now wifey apply for Jade Spring. We were so happy as this is the first time we applied the house and we got it. Now only that, near my in law place.. So save cost on childcare... hahaa.... I expected the earliest I would get the house blk 448 is by 2011 July.. Like wat they say in the agreement. But least I expected, a letter came stating that the "Probable Completion Date is Feb 2011"... The feeling is so great... Finally We are having a new home by ourself... But it does frightened me that I am getting my new house faster than I expected... I am thinking about $$ especially.. Coz everything is new and house still need to be renovated... But who cares.... I just go with the flow. Discuss with my wifey.. We plan to take a Renovation loan instead.. Use my savings for Furniture and Appliances.. Nearer to early Feb, I went into the HBD website to check when the date of key possession.... Guess wat? Mid Feb, the HDB webby showed that I will be collecting the Keys on 24 Feb 2011.. Hooray... Anyway... this is the how my floor plan look like....

Hi there.... I still have this problem of bedbug still... I did try to use professional help like the pest buster called Origin.. It didnt work at all.. After second treatment, i assume that i am not able to find it anymore.. It proof me wrong.. Just rite after second day, the BB came along again.. So pissed man... Paid 430 dolars to no good use... I did try to use soursop leaves.. It do works.. But it came after a few weeks after the leaves are withered... Where to find this leaves? Lim chu kang.. Which part? Which pestbuster is really worth and works? Any recommendation... Gonna try the vsafe if they still sell in ntuc or diy shop.. Probably go invest on steam cleaner...
