Hi everyone... Been a long while i didnt update my blog... Been busy with course... still manage to monitor my update of my house... no time to upload pics.... now my house is 95 % completed... Left Acid wash and 2nd round of repainting... here is the pics of my shower screen in my 2nd toilet... initially i tot it is a plastic type of screen... turn out to be glass.. nicer than i expected... Initially i did wanted to do false ceiling. Firstly with the false ceiling - L box, i got to make cover the one of the hole meant for the lighting and the other to re adjust the hole to the center. Just because of this i need to fork out the amendment.. Since i am on budget, i decided not to do any false ceiling at all and install 2 ceiling fan with lights. Actually i didnt tink about the shadowa thingy at all cause i dont bother at all..

Frankly cannot.. Illegal reno. Hahha.. But who cares. Majority of us who renovate did that... I guess.. My neighbout infront of ne also did it... Haha

Normally My routine is to come twice to my new home since it is so close to my in law place.. 5 mins ride to my new home... Once in the late morning around 10 -11am and second one on 5pm to 7pm together with wifey... Suprising all my cabinet are at my house.. All had been fabricated... Left assembly... Somehow... I just love my piano pink kitchen cabinet.. .so glossy pink.. I like.... This is the settee at the MBR.. with Flowery black background,,,, My Wardrobe Rm cum Gym Room..... just the base at the moment... the left to assemble is outside... Soon to be Suspended Kitchen Cabinet...With Piano Pink Top Cabinet and Geometric Black Bottom Cabinet... Cover up ventilation of the bomb shelter... Flushed to the wall..PErfect So i decided to skip the next day for viewing.. Hoping by friday, everything will be installed... hooray.... So far been good...

Yesterday, I come to my house, it already started on the paintwork of the whole house. unfortunately, I came at my house around 7.30pm when it is too dark for me to see. Furthermore, my house havent installed all the lighting yet. So I came only the next day morning to see the painting properly. In the Beginning, I thought that all the room is the same colour with lightpink background.. But I was totally wrong... hahaha.. It turn out to be all the room at different shades of pink with main background of the light pink. Here is the pics: This is my living room.. Sorry if u cant see the light pink.. Kind of very light... From Far it look at white.. but it is actually a very light pink My MBR... The Bandung Pink if I am not wrong My Baby Girl Room... Darker pink or more or less like purple My Wardrobe Room Cum Gym Room For my Gym room cum Wardrobe room, I decided to invest on a Treadmill and a Wall mounted Chin Up Bar together with some Floor Mats for Abs Exercise... Since the room is mainly for changing and wardrobe... So why not make it into a gym room.. So me and wifey can exercise while taking care of my baby girl 8 mth old... Here is the pics of my baby girl....

Yup literally not the status of the flat turn the 4rm to 3rd rm.. The valuation of the house will be on par to 3rm.. That us kinda bad literally...eg selling the house for 300k, i wont be suprised it dropped to 250k instead.. Must be prepare for this..

Hi Guys.. Sorry for not updating my blog for the past one week... Been Busy at work.. Anyway, last monday my reno start... However only few jobs were done so far like measurement of the cabinet, relocating the wiring pts and doing the tv console backing and the cement skirting for the shower door for both toilet... This coming week is the busy week.... Like my Id promise, by this saturday, ur home will be 90% ready.. Really cant wait for the development of my house.. This is the TV console backing.... After the painting,then my contractor will paste the wallpaper... follow by console cabinet Somehow quite a number of the my electrical had been located especially my WIW room,kitchen and the Living Room.... This is my WIW room.. the switched is being modified and gonna be placed on my WIW... it will be flushing with the cabinet.. condo style The cement skirting for the shower door.. actually i am contemplating whether to leave it like that or put a tiling especially i am on budget cost... Wat is ur suggestion peeps... This weekend is superbly busy... Got my PB quantum... Expected to be more than i hope... hahah.... Treat my 2 girls to shopping at town... bough my baby daughter a brand new toys and clothes... wifey a brand new Kate spade purset.. not forgetting my mother in law a brand new tv... hahah... Beside that , I went to Ausinno to buy some more bedsheet for my grandmother and baby girl.. turn out to be i bought myself more bedsheet for my room and pillows and bolster.. selling at a good price.. 40 + 5 percent discount... got a good deal there... At the same time, went to court, bought my wifey a Delonghi Coffee Maker and Phillip Alarm Clock.. Not forgetting myself, a affordable home theater system...$$$ sure finished fast... But Happy... But house is fully furnished.. better than i expected.. All i have.. Except for Aircon... Kinda of reluctant to buy one ... even though i wanna want.. just waiting for the right moment to get a good offer.. looking for system 1 or 2... Any lobang do inform me peeps....

Hi everyone For the level 3 fellow is actually my neigbour. Just one unit beside me to the front left. Indeed he hacked the whole kitchen wall and also make the 2nd bedroon into MBR. i saw the contractor put a partition at the 2nd bedroom door... If u wanna do this, pls think twice... If wanna stay the flat for long term, it alright. If after 5 years wanna sell u gonna lose alot cause ur homr will be charge under 3 rm flat instead. Info from property agent. Unless u' re renovating back to make it into 4 rm back.. $$$$ wasted.. Also approval from the buyer.. But i doubt they will agreed.. Who wanna lost over 40k plus.. Hahaha...

My last thing at my lovenest, a brand new LCD 40" Full HD Sony for $749.. Wat a good bargain. Wall mounted, installation and delivery for FREE... haha.. To make it better, free $30 choice voucher... After that, go to Aussino for bed sheet and etc.. Sure worth the money with plenty discount... Hehe.. End of shopping... Now waiting for reno to start... Tomorrow...

Seriously, I found this **** buyer is unreasonable.. It is totally ur fault that u throw away ur old mattress. Who told you to sleep on the floor.. No sofa is it.. Come one 2.3 k is a **** small amount... 25 percent discount.. u can dream on lah.. u think the shop is urs... The CEO of Bed.sg personally apologise to you and on air.. still not satisfied... seriosuly.. u are ******* unreasonable.. Being late for delivery had many reasons.. due to traffic or other unforseen consequences.... no stop whinning and live with it... dont be a spoilt brat... people got ricebowl to protect.... so understand...
