Only HDB registed Company are allow to carry out work and renovation at any HDB Flats. Lots of ID or Contractors "rental" permit from other company who have HDB permit to do renovation. Just check the renovation permit pasted outside your new home and see if its name is same with the company u engaged, if not cross finger nothing goes very wrong. P.S: Never ever believe the crap that they claim permit holder are their partner. Cheers

those you met should be contractors station at that area just to try closing house owner. Workmanship normally so so nia. But be prepare to have tons of problem with them like not able to deliver goods in time, MIA, no job supervision n coordination n no 3D pics for your carpentry work. Finishing you dun like it u LL got to accept as they will push blame to you. Design wise, can totally forget about it as they are not designer. Good luck Cheers

It will be better if you get them to list out item by item price and more details of the item or materials used. (Exp: Design and fabricate Top and Bottom kitchen cabinet in laminate finish c/w ABS Trimming solid ply doors $110/ftr Total 23ft $2530.) So that you be clear of how much you are been charge item by item then just giving you the lump sum. Cheers
