I had the same problem as you, what I'm doing now is to tie the curtains. They will still be some movement as the wind is strong, but no more out of the windows.

I noticed the piping box-up in my kitchen and one of the bathroom are sweating, despite that the ceiling and pipes have got no leaking, anyone knows what's the cause and solution for it? *It's the part next to the grill
