and from this thread i'm truely impressed by how the boss runs the company, really a very patient man, and doing his very best a appease the TS (who is a real terror of a customer from what i see thru the exchanges here). It's obvious that it's a case of human error, and the boss has humbly admitted the mistake and offered a disocunt of $100 plus special delivery timing. yet the TS refuses to move on. It's probably a ego problem lah.
