so what exactly are they building in the fields now leh? i wonder if they will ever link the bke thats behind segar directly to the segar estate.. that way we wont have to make a big round to come back to segar.

hey zhoon bo?? where u get information that they are gonna build more flats behind segar lrt...? i saw some machines drilling holes in the field leh...in front of the segar LRT. also on the other side of segar, i saw some construction going on.....wonder whats going on there...

hi all, did you all see the re lauch of bukit panjang estate in the hdb website...wow the prices of the EAs here in Segar have gone up slightly. Not alot of EAs are left in segar estate. But theres 1 particular unit that caught my attention. At Blk 130 on the 13th floor... floor area is 142sqm selling at $265K!??? whereas the units at blk 181 and blk 183 selling at 350K plus for 125sqm! wow.. with this amount can buy clementi le.. but smaller floor area la.. haa! segar estate EAs gone up.. means this area going to be further developed by the gahmen???! heeee hope its true lor hor.. hahaaaa

ya i agree..... if they would just paint over it will be good..... change to those anti fungal kind... so that algae wont grow over it... i cant think of any colour that will match well with the windows...

i heard that the TC will do a mock up at blk 465 and for the residents to choose... when will that be i don't know le..i guess by october we will see something?? then again, the blks from 465 to 472 the window frames are all bronze in colour.. the existing block colour ( light brown ) does match well with the window frames.... i cant imagine if the new block colours become red, blue, yellow..... erm abit the guai guai hor......

like that also can ar... yeap have eaten there before... ate at the kopi tiam called Kim San Leng... the fried bee hoon quite good... so more or less cover liao lor...no more eating places le.

oppo beauty world for sure i know la... i was wondering where else in bukit panjang got nice food lor... i didnt know there is a zhenghua village wor.... where ar?? hhaaaa interesting....

hi all segarians, a couple of weeks ago, i sent an email to the TC asking when are they gonna do a repaint of the block. They replied that the estate is due for Repair and Redecoration and will be starting work in October 07. hey segarians, do you all know of any good food that u have tried in bukit panjang that can share share? need to find more nice makan places to eat leh.... segar area only got the coffee shop at the zhenghua cc and at fajar shopping centre.

is it because its free parking thats y they park there overnite???

yeah, it seems on the HDB webby under "Flats on offer" there are NO bukit panjang flats on sale le....

hey, i noticed they said the area behind the zhenghua cc is "temporary carpark".... so where is the permanent carpark then????

hey fellow segarians, did you all noticed the stretch of road along bukit pankang ring road where the new school beacon primary school is got some construction going on? a couple of days ago, the news reported that beacon primary school was very popular... heheeee we are all staying near a branded school!! A branded school nearby but hor got no bus stops at all along the way leh... hopefully they are constructing some bus stops as i got a feeling they are expanding the road to cater for the bus stops. The school opens next year 2008, so by then maybe 922 frequency will improve?? or mayb got more bus services ply that route there... hee keep fingers crossed.

because they didnt know they have to wait half an hour?? haha anyway, i have taken a picture of the bus timings, printed and pasted it at home. So that whenever i wanna go out, i will go and see the timing and then agar agar go down.. by the time the bus would be here liao. better than i gong gong wait there....

i know what is the cordoned area for. They are constructing a carpark there...... Heart SMRT going to raise their prices soon... haiz... another raise... and also hopefully they can improve the frequency of 922. wait **** long for 1 bus... ridiculous man....

hi all anyone of you all got see a tap that is used in the kitchen that looks like a shower de? has a flexible hose... mostly seen in the foodcourts area where they mass wash the plates.... i saw it in a condo showroom also thought it looks quite cool to install... wonder how much.. and i also wonder if any of you all that are reading this understand what am i talking about haaaaa dunno how to express in words la.. but yet cannot find picture to represent... did u all noticed that behind zhenghua comm centre they cordoned off part of the field?? wonder whats goin on again.....! the field getting smaller and smaller le.... !! also noticed the empty space infront of fajar lrt always got activities there... for now it looks like lion dance competition.... wonder how the residents there can tahan the noise wor.
