hmm...usually the cooker will come with a container to measure how many cup of rice = how much water is need ...did you follow the instruction ?

you din open the window to air the area regularly ?

depend on how much litre you want....... if not wrong we paid $168 for the bigger capacity one...how much capacity got to go find the receipt and manuel !!

I'm using panasonic SR-MP18... the rice turned on nice nice they have diff setting for cooking different rice eg nasi lemak how long, porridge , brown rice how long etc !! very easy to use too !!
