Yup yup, Air Division is having a sale. I went there yesterday too. Their Wilkie showroom is within walking distance from Little India MRT. So quite accessible for you. However, the prices are still quite ex... cuz the "up to 50% off" is for display units and not really that nice (in my opinion). Most items are 20-30% disc iirc. The TV console is around $3,900+ after disc if I am not wrong. You can call them and check the prices. You might also wanna check out Grafunkt as well. I got my display set coffee table there at less than $500. Owner used to be part of Air Division.

Hi there, noticed that your bedrooms are at both sides of the living room. Just wondering where is your aircon ledge and how you're running the trunking between the 4 units?? I am having a issue right now, as my 3rd bedroom is across the living room and I'm having problems with running the trunking to the 3rd room as the distance is too long. (Aircon ledge is at one end of MBR, so I need to run the trucking along the length of the MBR, across the living room to the third bedroom). ID has recommended we get a window unit instead, which we are not so keen on.

Hope this doesn't come too late. Supreme Floor laminates come in different grades and different pricing, from between $5.20 to $8.80 per sqft, but this is the NORMAL price. Try to catch them at the furniture fairs at Expo where prices does come down quite a bit.
