  1. What do you mean "the price to pay for branding" ? Are you referring to renovation for hdb and condo the prices is different even thought same items is to be reno? If that is the case please let me explain 1. Condo have shorter working hours 2. Condo are more strict on rules and regulation 3. Any damages to condo property contractors have to pay 4. Condo piping is all conseal thus labour cost for conseal piping is alot more expensive. Vary to all contractors 5. Warranty againist leakage (cannot imagine how much it will cost if the piping leaks) affected item like wall tiles, cabinet, accessories and to make the matter worse you do not know how your contractor run the piping. So to all owner who run conseal piping, please remind your contractor to do marking on the wall tiles or take a photo of the piping before the laying of the tiles.
  2. Base on the quote provided I can give you a $1400 discount. If you could provide me a floor plan and clarify some of my doubts another $400-$1000 should not be a problem. There are typo in the quotation and unclear discription. You may want to highlight to your contractor just in case this paper have to be use in court. construction/wet under point 1. I think is bathroom not bedroom. (typo) What is the length of the solid surface? Do the solid surface come with backsplash? How many electrical cover is to be replace? There are other points that need more detail if you want a copy of my quotation which I have done up can MSN/e-mail me @ jason85aries@hotmail.com
  3. both have its pro and con. If you plaster before electical - The side of the electrical trunking will have alittle gap. - In future if you want to make any changes to your electrical wiring you will not face problem for uneven/track mark wall. If you plaster after electical - The finishing will look nicer because the trunking side will not have gap and the trunking will look slighly smaller. - You will be faceing alot of problem if you want to change the electrical point position. However my recommendation is to take up the plastering after electrical works. - Most of the owner will not change the position of the electical works.
