Thanks everyone for your advice... I guess I can only try my luck to write in to HDB to appeal,if reject then have to seek help from MP.

I have actually called up HDB to enquire but the officer just told me can try to appeal. Anyone who has the similar situation as me ever succeed in appealing to HDB?

Hi all, I am getting a divorce and selling off my current flat with my ex. Is there ANY way I can buy my own flat,cos I am under 35 without any kids. My mum's place is too crowded. .and the rentAl fees is TOO expensive. Can anyone PLS ADVIse how to appeal to HDB. Tks
