Before closing my blog, here is the final cost for my budget renov: NID Design & Decor - about $48K Asia Excel Pte Ltd - about $4.5K *** Lighting Pte Ltd - about $3K Aircon Designs - about $4K Wong Electrical - about $4K Osaka Interior Curtains Trading - about $1.5K In total about $65K. It depends on the power supply to the Block. For example, my block (Blk 333 Kang Ching Road), we are allowed to install two compressors. Although at the end, I only chose System 4. You would need to check or ask your ID or air-con sub-con to check with HDB.

As I purchased lights & fans from same company, and they gave me an overall discount price as a whole. BTW One of our Forum Member is marketing FANCO Fan. If you are sourcing Fan separately, his price is very competitive.
