Hi Dave, the sofa came fully wraped in plastic & cardboard on delivery, weather was cloudy though. Well, i dont suppose anyone is able to conclude what sort of leather is used in my sofa? My main concern now is reflected in picture 2, where there is major depression in the cushion form at the daybed area, and the warping (waves in the leather) is too bad. Can u imagine the sofa is only used for 1 week? if extend this usage to 6months/1year, how bad can the damage gets? Is this due to the fact that 1) the leather used in my sofa is too thin? 2)the nature of the softer leather used? 3) or cushion form nt enough? Because I have seen my neighbour's sofa (also bought fr C company), the leather has not warp even after 4-5months of usage (even with kids jumping on it). but their leather is different, thicker, more oily feel , which they never mainatain, and worse..their sofa is like 75% of my cost despite being similiar in design. I was wondering if I have the right to ask for refund, since this is the 2nd sofa they deliverd.. the 1st sofa ws in a worse condition, and they offer to re-stretch the leather to "original condidition". But when they send back the sofa to me, the condition was still unacceptable, and i rejected it straight... see my 1st sofa set condition (aft approx 1 month use)

Sorry to hijack this thread, but I see some peeps here who can give more advice. I've bought a $2k+ cow leather Sofa from 1 of the Sofa makers. I'm facing the below situation for less than 1 week of usuage barely few hrs per day, is this normal? Hope some kind souls can advice me.. and what actions can I take? Hi people, would like to check if anybody purchase their sofa from FORMS by City Furniture Co Pte Ltd #02-02/06 @ IFC The sales person claims there have many years experience in furniture eg >30yrs ?? was attracted by 1 set of their sofa. worksmanship seems to be good. Was told it was recycled leather, good durability compared to normal leather, and easy to maintain. Advised not to get half leather, should go for recycled leather instead (as least its full leather, not half). Was quite hesistant, as the price was steep at $3.8k for a full recycled set. Even told me, other shops so-called full cow-hide leather are bull****, as it would cost very much like 7/8k for genuine full cow-hide leather, as leather on a single cow is limited, and they need several cows for a sofa alone. Dunno whether to trust the salesperson or not..as the sofa is indeed very nice

Anyone bought Dunlopillo in the recent months? Any comments/bad experience etc? Did their customer service improved? Can I say that Dunloppillo warranty simliar to that of Simmons ? Dear all, I'm starting to do some research & testing for my new hse mattress. Currently, narrowed down to 1) Serta Diamond suite($2.15k), 2)Sealy Posturepedic Luxebourg ($2.86k), 3)Simmons new beautyrest Passion PLush Firm ($3.35k), 4)Serta Sierra Hills ($3.5k). Anybody actually owns the above models? Coz couldnt find much feedback with the above model. Personal feel is that the Simmon plush pillow top feels very bouncy, but in terms of motion transfer, it's among the best. As for Serta Sierra hills, the latex top feels good but afraid of the quality as some mention tat Serta SG mattress are manufactured in Batam . Sealy Luxebourg really have a nice luxury feel, lacks in terms of the bounciness, & my partner finds the movement transfer more noticeable. 1) Is Sealy using the Bonnell spring system? Coz the salesperson showed me their NEW patented coil system, the coils seems to be interconnected. Isnt this the old kind of coil system responsible for the sleeping disturbance?? 2) Is Simmons the only company using Individual pocketed spring? Still very noob in this area. Juz wanted to make my hard-earned $$ more worth while.. Pardon me for my questions.

what is this heavenly bed fr Sealy? heard so much about it in the Ackerman & Smith case.. Wats the exact name for the model? I tasted a Sealy luxemburg @ Centrepoint, the top layer feels quite luxurious & soft.. The salesperson showed me a sales invoice to fr Marina Bay Sands & Venetian hotel. Izzit the same model we're talking about? Price wise is 3k though.

So far the matress company I seen making Storage bed are Maxcoil & Sweetdreams. Cost wise $1k~$1.2k.. If buy their mattress, can minus ard $200. But i think i would prefer to invest in Sealy/Serta/Simmons/Dunlop ba. So lookng around for more reputable Brands doing storage bed.

Do they do storage bed? Or any places to recommend for Storage bed, coz some of the matteress companies like Serta does not produce their own storage bed.

went to PS branch yesterday, the salesperson mention he can reduce the price approx $100+ if able to consolidate a few buys. Wondering if any1 is interested, personally looking @ the Diamond suite collection.
