    Hi I intend to use them too but to pay 50% upfront + 50% at confirmation of carpentery is quite a big sum. There isn't any $$ to hold back in case the final work is not done properly. To those who had engaged Intradesign, did you sign any contract agreement with them that spells out their responsibilities?
