Hi all, i'm 1 of the affected customer. Just want to share my side of story as what i've shared with Sahabudee. I'm not in any way related or work for Iz. I'm just 1 of his unlucky customer. Was very mad, angry and sad when it happened to me. Got an email from him mid april stating that his company had ceased operation. met up with him to know what actually happened. He looked quite haggard and messy. After knowing what had happened to him and compromise things, hubby still not happy. Hubby thought he's trying to bull**** us so hubby used our daughter hp and sms him pretending that he's a interested customer to get his service for reno. No replied from him. The next few days hubby tried using his friends hp to sms him again. He replied that he no longer doing reno anymore. Only then me and hubby beleive he's not trying to pull a fast 1 on us. sms him few times after that asking him how things goin on etc etc. Last week hubby call him again asking him to come over to discuss. We got a shock when he came over. he was so haggard with all the facial hair, sunken eyes and kind of smelly. Hubby ask him what happened. As he was sharing his problem, suddenly he broke down and he kept on crying. I can only say that he'd lost everything. Hubby offered him to sleep over at our place and ask him to wash up. Really sympathise with him after knowing his problem. As a mother myself, i can feel how sad for him to cant even support his own kids. I share my side of story to let others know what actually happened and not to jump to any conclusion or assume things. If he were to cheat or con us, he'll already vanish without any kind of contact. Sahabudeen, try to use soft approach the next time you contact him. The situation he's in now, i can honestly say that he's going crazy. Really pity him. As for me, i have to borrow money from relatives to look for other contractor whom can finish up my place. For now, i can only pray for his well being so that he can return us back our money soon. Hi, I've also engaged Iz as my contractor. Can't get him since last saturday. But yesterday i went to KTP Hospital to visit uncle and saw Iz there. He's been admitted since last friday evening. He said most probably will be discharge today. Lost his hp during the accident thats's y can't get him. I think by today noon we should be able to contact him.

Invite Iz to our place last night. We were expecting some old uncle but to our surprised he was a young chap. Don't even look his age which was mid 30s. Show us his IC when we said we don't beleive his age lol. Nice chap and not pushy at all. Me & hubby feels at ease when discussing with him. Hubby said confirm take this guy. Btw any1 else using him?? How's his attitude after signing up with him??
