1 thing for sure is the rate of increase for gas is lesser than the rate of electricity.. so in the long run..it might be cheaper to use the gas powered heater...PROVIDED that their efficiency is the same...

the sub-con of the pole system wardrobe very funny...kept asking us when he can install the glass doors... told him not so fast.... then yesterday...he msged us "sorry! my guys went to install the sliding glass doors liao!" i was like so coincidental meh...you kept asking us when to install..and your workers can take goods out of your workshop to customer's place and install without your instruction? more like your instruction lah! we didnt want to fit it on so fast because we are afraid it might scratch or what..but since he installed already...i cant possibly ask him to remove it lah....so i just told him to cover it with some form of protection lah... anyway..here are the pics of it... oh yah..the boss of the ID firm called me up today and ask how was my reno progressing, which i thought was a very nice gesture! thumbs up for his attention!

haha bro..i wouldnt say that acrylic is the more "superior" material lah... to me..the colour on metal is usually painted..so if you accidentally scratch it while cleaning..the paint will come off..the aluminium might oxidise..whats more..we sometimes have to use a bit of water to clean it...accelerating the oxidisation process. the colour on is acrylic however added to the liquid acrylic and left to harden..so no worries about discolouration...and acrylic will not oxidise..and takes to water well. correct me if im wrong...thats what i understand..

get those squeege which is attached to a short handle or pole? or a strong magnet which people normally use to clean aquariums... there are commercially available cleaners which uses the magnet theory...outer piece is controlled by the inner piece..just drag the inner piece as you go along.. both pieces are attached by a cord..so no danger of the outer piece dropping to the ground floor...

there are also acrylic blades...confirm wont rust!

for some reason or another...i will only buy japanese brands...dont know why! thats just me...love jap brands....sony, sharp, panasonic...pioneer.. i find that the glossy finished border around the screen very distracting... the internet thingy is quite redundent actually.. i was very inclined to buy that sony internet tv when the salesperson showed it to me...loved the sleek lines of it! but my wife knocked me back and said "you got iphone...you got ipad..you got a laptop and now you want your tv to check emails!?" made sense to me..haha... whats more..you cannot plug a wireless keyboard to it..you got to use the numberpad system to key in alphabets..and thats gonna kill... so in the end i just went for a modest panasonic since my panasonic have served me well for the last 3 years..
