The pipes has been done up.it is the activation of the gas to my house...

just wanna check... my ID told me that i need to activate the city gas to my house, but i remembered on the day i collected my keys, i did go to the SP Services office on the 2nd floor of HDB hub and got some stuff activated. does is that 2nd activation necessary? my is a new BTO flat..

hi..anyone knows where i can get those kind of tool box with castor wheels below? i remember seeing it at giant before, but it seems that they dont sell it anymore. the normal tool boxes is so small i probably need 2 or 3 big ones!

just for your info...to know how much BTU you need to cool your rooms.. take the floor area in sqft x 60..thats the BTU that you need.. for example..if your room is 150sqft..you will need a 150sqft x 60 = 9000 BTU unit for that particular room.. a smaller cooling capacity unit & your compressor has to work harder...

my completed window seating! when the carpenter asked me where i want to place it, i told him i want to push it as near to the window as possible, but he told me that if i did that..i may not be able to open fully because of my windows..and i had roller blinds...the left side where i have the side table will block the roller blinds.. so he suggested that i move it 6 inches away from the window..but i told him i lazy to vacuum the small gap...and i asked him to help me cover that gap up.. and viola! he did it..and very nicely too! kudos to him!

carpentry was done 19th tuesday by 3 carpenters from 9am till 9pm! havent complete though..kitchen have a bit of problems..but i hope they can resolve it soon... view from main door...

raised platform was completed by systemind on saturday... very good workmanship i must say....3 PRC installers spent 7 hours completing it...

I have been trying to find rock salt...but don't seem to be able to find..any kind souls can assist?

By the way..those keen to get that tall water feature can try thomson plaza...they have a "world of fountain" there..very knowledgeable with feng shui..i spent an hour talking to that guy...very nice pieces really...but what i was looking for was not within my budget..what was within my budget wasnt what i was looking for... Then there is this flower shop called astoria...also have water features..something similar to the water feature pic shown earlier...but instead of straight..it is wavy... beautiful and reasonbly priced..but however,it is all synthetic material...

Finally bought my water feature with a big water body at the base from nature co @ joan road... Will post pics when i assemble them... Also...systemind platform has been installed! Woohoo! Very happy with the end result..the installation took 3 workers 10am - 4pm to complete..really nice stuff..sealed every small corner of my master bedroom... Cant post pics yet cos i have wrapped it up with shrink wrap for a bit more reno works (install air con blower and finish up installing wall sockets)..will post pics soon...

unless you have a lot of time on your hands to do co-ordination work and quite good at it...i advise you not to.. you are only inviting more work...
