Very nice bathroom rack with face towel rod, Welmi 9408T, price = S$118 Brought at Silver Lightings House at Boon Lay Shopping Centre on the 17-Jan-2011.

Brought 10 pcs of 4 feet T5 lights today @ "X"uan Seng Electrical Service Co. for S$133.75. Avg is S$13.37 per pc.

Actually I am living in this area for more than 10 years now. It's super convenient, so even when I decided to upgrade, I just choose the same area. The top 3 reason why I still love to stay near Jurong Point, 1) The #1 reason is because of Jurong Point 1 & 2. Whatever you need, you got it here. 2) Super near MRT and Bus Interchange. 3) National Library also super super near.

Today 1st day of reno. Hack here hack there, no pictures taken because I think everyone will love to see the final product rather than the hacking process, hahaha.

Just brought lights from "Xhelsea" lightings near Chinese Garden MRT. Brought 2 toilet lights. 4 Bedroom lights. 2 Kitchen loghts. 1 service balcony light. 1 wall light. Total cost me S$700. (Not the cheapest but near my place and got free delivery) Didn't purchase any expensive and fanciful lights for dinning and living area cost intend to buy 2 fans with lights there (also got alot of downlights there, so should be bright enough) Will post the lights picture when they are fixed on.

I believe it is 130 square meters. It's small for an EA but big enough for me and my family.
