  1. Hi, we are planning to lay new homogenous tiles for our living room. However, recents news reported that several HDB flats owners experienced that their homogenous tiles had popped. Reasons given: expansion/contraction due to temp changes. Is it still safe in laying homogenous tiles for our living room? or we have to use something thicker e.g. marble ? Thanks in advance for your adivse. Regards, Jim
  2. Dear all, we are considering to lay parquet for our 3 bedrooms. However, we are unclear on the sizes and price available. Can anyone kindly adivse us. tks. Jim
  3. Hi, thanks for the reply. My average room size is about 3600m x 4000m. We are very low air con usage(due to sensitive nose) about 3-4hours daily. We are thinking of Daikin MA56EV1 / 3 x FT25DVM / FT50FVM. Is the duty sufficient? Thanks for your advise.
  4. Hi, thanks for the reply. Is my proosed duty (5,868Btu/hr for the three rooms and 7,984Btu/hr for the living/dinning room) sufficient for a HDB 4 room flat? Thanks.
  5. Hi, we are planning to install a system 4 aircon for our new reslae HDB 4 room flat. Any good recommendation on the brands? We are thinking of between Mitsubishi Electric (5,800 x 3 Btu/hr + 8,188 Btu/hr) or Toshiba (5,868Btu/hr X 3 + 7,984Btu/hr). Is the duty for these two model sufficient for a HDB 4 room flat. Many thanks for your time and advise. Jim
