what happens after 99 years if it is still not en-block? where are the folks going to live? will they be forced to buy a new flat? currently the oldest flat should be around 50-60years?

what is the rational behind this theory? anyone care to share?

hello everyone, need some advise here. i stay in a 3-room flat but since my room is quite spacious so i am thinking of doing a full partition in my room into a bedroom and studyroom. and can i install a door on my partition wall ? can it support the weight ? normally i only see people hacking the wall to covert 2 rooms into 1 but never see before partitioning 1 room into 2.

From what i have heard, it is okay to install ceiling fan but NOT those with light attached to it. my 2 cents worth !
