Then only left with the carpentery work to be done.. then painting of wall and rectifications works.. Hope can complete and hand over by start of Apr... Cos Jie Jie was like asking me whether i be celebrating my BD... cos Baby Randale's BD is just 1 day before mine.. Haix.. so i wish my flat can be ready so at least can use my place for bd celebration.......

today.. went up to my unit... saw a worker there... doing his work diligently... quite okay lar... so i walk around the house while he is doing his work... everything moves.. smoothly... Wayne had got his workers to moved the L box and some other stuff up... and everything is sitting inside my place... probably cos outside there isn't much space to place stuff.. and my neighbour had already moved in...

hello.. not sure if i am too late here... but anyway my aircon is done by All Bxxx... PIL's place is also done by them.. so no problem of going back to them.. Congrats on getting your flat... that time i also faced problems in closing the window at the full height window... already quote to the contractor and HDB guys that this is a defect in my list... insist that they change... but they mention that it's not their work... quite pissed off... with the stupid attitude of them... but went up for quite a few times... and finally not sure how, they got it repaired or probably they change the window... from another one within my unit one... anyway my reno had started... for my floor tiles... told them it's uneven.. so i want them to change the tile.s... they said will check and get back to me... only to find 12 pics... only... was so pissed off..... after they had complete the defects.. will get you to sign some forms... and fill up a survey....

saw that you guys are toking about switches... is it the designer switch? Cos my eletrician given me Legrand... as my other switches is also Legrand.. so he say to use back the same switches will be better... if not ppl will be like saying how come so different or something like that... !!

hi... for my case, i change all switches to DS... and was quote about 400 for 13/14/15 switches.. and the orginal switches given by HDB was legrand... which the eletrician say is more ex... normally only Condo will be giving this kind of switches.. not sure it is true.... So come up it cost about 30 plus... But he did mention that water heater switches cost more... 2 can come up to 100 plus... not only the switches also the installation fees.. and cost of the workers... doing the work for u... think should be like this... !!
