angry about species

Never buy in Species. I bought a cow leather sofa with 3k price, but the sofa arrivied with PU plastic. How angry we are

we bought a Brasil Cow leather from Species home Furniture, level 3 in Furniture Mall. It cost 3k, the furniture Mall support 1k as "star buy", so we spend 2k. when the sofa arrived, it is a PU sofa. PU is polyurethane, a kind of plastic. how bad they are, they show cow leather in the shop, and deliver PU plastic !!!!!!! the worst is, the manager is rude and refused to refund!!!! Never buy any furniture in Species home furniture
