Recently changed the cast iron pipes in my 30y/o flat to PVC, but it seems that the water flowing sound is more disturbing. As it's undergoing renovation now, my ID is going to box it up soon, so I need solutions quite urgently. Is this product (or eqv.) selling anywhere in SG?
