Dat time i was v worried abt the downlights too..he keep telling me dat actually 4" is very nice also. Cos i keep asking him if 6" or 8" is better. I tink he prefers 4" but told me 6" is ok becos i only have 8 dowlights in total for my living & dining areas...Juz dun get 8"...he will laugh until his pants drop Ahblur, i saw 10th floor got one unit at blk 989B also got hang clothes. I suspect its the workers...but the 990 one hor, im quite sure its not the workers loh. Got once, i saw a BIRD CAGE on the 4th or 5th floor unit. Cos my hubby always drive me to the mrt & we always pass by 990...

I practically stalked K for the 1st week i tink. Cos the trust is not there yet...Anything u duno or not hapi, juz tell him...if can, he will do. 6.30am loh...dun tell me its.... !! the u-noe-wat...my hubby say he can even hear loud hokkien songs *gulp* There are 4, 6 & 8 inch downlights. NEVER buy 8". K got a big shock when he saw our 8". He says dats for shopping centres And he's rite...4" area is smaller so 'less' light can penetrate, if u noe wat i mean, I use 6" for all my downlights as i have only 9 downlights for living & dining area. If u have many downlights, 4" would be more suitable. I bot 8" intially & realised too big. Changed all to 6".

I love the toilet Actually, look abit similar to Cantona's MBR toilet. I tink, whenever i see black toilets, i juz Ur kitchen is really hugh...if i put ur island in my kitchen, mine straight away will fill up liao. No space !!

Heh...yeah, alot of lights huh? I only have 6 downlights for my living & dining area. But sometimes, i tink it depends. Cos mine are all 6" & double tubes so already super bright plus mine is cove lightings, inside already 10 fluroscent tubes. But my fluroscent tubes are bot from K. But i hardly on my downlights, usually just the cove lightings... Heh, melody u have a good memory leh. If u cannt rebond, lagi good...no need to spend extra $ rite? My hubby also grumble i spend alot on hair & makeup But i noe u spend on bags rite? Wuhahaha...we all have our own weaknesses Agree dat Chelsea service is very good I would have bot my downlights from them but a pity they dun have wat i like...I tink i went there at least 4 times b4 i bot 2 standing lights from them But they are very obliging. I really like the one with hanging oblong lights in 3s & i find it v pretty cos they r like covered in horizontal black strings..duno how to describe Install many lights is ok in my opinion...can only on those u wan only Juz dat, have to tink carefully abt the connections cos for mine, once i on my living room downlights, its 4 at one go. I cannot choose to on 2 downlights only...Also realised dat for bedrooms, definitely need a double-tube else really not bright enuf...weird cos i find the bedrooms v small. But i bot double-tube in the end cos the uncle at Lights Arcade calculated the floor area for me when we showed him our floorplan & told us we need double-tubes. Btw, saw a few lights in the mornings at blk 990...got ppl stay there liao??!?!

Dun worry...u are the one who have to live in the flat & will face the tiles everyday loh. Plus i dun tink u are dat fussy...when next time u have kids, uneven tiles also not safe cos they like to crawl on the floor rite....U do have the rite to ask for rectifications. Juz dat they will play the dragging game. Actually, when do u plan or have to move in ar? Asap?

Wah, u able to reach ur plc at 6pm? If i go after work, earliest i can reach is 7pm+ lidat.... Btw, the pink purple thingy hor, will look different again when the lights are up depending on the lights u choose loh. White & yellow lightings give different effects...heh~ So dun wori...Scratches on floor tiles also dun wori...not obvious one, trust me. U shld wori abt ur parquet instead....Everytime i see my parquet, i HAI HAI HAI.

Glossy is quite a nitemare to maintain esp if its in dark colours becos of scratches. Matt is more user-frenly and any 'damage', not so obvious...I tink no matter wat, kitchen is still a plc to cook bah...but places like living room feature walls, if use glossy laminates, then i dun mind loh Good dat u choose matt Glossy...too difficult to maintain. Also can see fingerprints everywhere...very annoying loh I saw it too when i went Cantona's plc! Me too...cannt slp with lights on. Mine is a premium flat...things like toilet bowls, shower screens, shower heads, living room floor tiles, toilet wall & floor tiles, kitchen wall & floor tiles, lighting points, parquet for bedrooms, all have liao loh...actually, can say its move-in condition. But i hack up my kitchen & re-do everything...Ya, the 21K+ includes aircon for 3 bedrooms & living room loh. I also did 2 full-height wardrobes, tv console, suspended l-box, 2 platforms, household shelter featurewall, kitchen cabinets, kitchen floor tiles, plastering works for kitchen, kitchen glass sliding door, suspended vanity cabinet..painting...lidat loh..resale flats reno will cost alot more due to hacking if im not wrong. But i have to say my ID gave me very good prices loh...i find his prices more reasonable the 21K+ also includes lighting costs already...things like doorbell, halogen lights for my kitchen L-box, handsprays for toilets, my spoilt glass covers for lightings, extra pelmet for my kitchen door etc, he all nv count in loh...he say v cheap only no need to count so many things...I request for oil-based sealer before actual painting for whole hse, he also ok. On the whole, he's v chin chai...Urs 37K, u must have done alot of hacking & carpentry rite? Ya, usually Sundays, i sleep in one loh...heh. I will always open kitchen windows...even if im out sometimtes for a short while...cos i like kitchen to be windy & free of smells loh...i find the kitchen area v dark & stuffy. MBR toilet also very stuffy leh.... Car is becos hubby drives one loh...i dun mind taking bus & sometimes, find public transport quite stressful...rite?

Hehe...i would prefer a standard flat & i dun mind spending more on flooring cos im quite particular abt floors. But too bad...force us to take premium. Envy my downstair neighbour who can hack everything Btw, the vanity top stains quite easily !!

Only when ID called me & he say something wrong, then i very sian...lol...The glass door will come in at the last stage after ur kitchen cabinets are completed...u will love the look! keke...
