To my hubby, its quite small i guess...I'll try to keep it to 16-18 thereabouts. Yes, surprisingly, quite a few hotels do offer small ballrooms for lesser tables...its the restaurants that are having the minimum 20 or 25 tables requirement like Dragongate & Orient Ocean. I've considered Jade@The Fullerton too but max tables is only 15...still looking around thou. Din noe Swissotel & Oriental also offer small rooms...Am also looking at Hotel Rendezvous, Grand Hyatt, Hilton, GCW....surprised dat they have small rooms too....Quite a few choices come to tink of it....

Yes...at first not having one at all...but ever since CNY this yr, my grandma has been askin persistantly when im holding one..why ROM so long already nv hold..then my mum say she's v old already, she juz wan to see me get 'married' off officially etc etc etc. Say until i softened...will be a very small affair..cos i dun have many relatives & i only intend to invite very close frens..can say 95% of the tables would be my hubby's side... Have not yet decided actually...cos for mine, not in early 2009, cannt book anyway....and my tables very little...currently looking at Chijmes loh if they allow few tables...

2008 is actually a good year for weddings loh...booked one yr in advance is no longer early liao rite...unless the date u wan is not the popular ones

Not bad huh...esp if the place is big hor, 2 LCDs better ya helper room is a must rite? they will b totally shagged out too!! I was the one who reminded him dat i haven sign the T&C yet cos he already started work & he told me, its ok, if he kenna chased, he will ask me to sign else actually the T&C is only paperwork. I tink, i would advise all ppl to only sign with IDs u r comfy with. If u read the T&C but u dun feel safe, then dun sign. If u tink its ok, then sign. Looking for IDs sometimes, its abt luck. There r ppl who go thru 20 IDs but still end up with a headache one. Juz take ur time to search, communicate with the IDs then decide who u can work with, who u can depend on. Hi Ivory....R the white stripes juz patterns or K gg to have lights shine down from there? Cos i saw the one he did for my BIL & i tink dats pretty nice...I prefer the 2nd one but i wont choose red lar I myself prefer masculine colours so it depends on u. Look at the pattern 1st then the colours...I get bored very easily so i wont choose red, green etc such colours...ur hubby prefer which one?

Our flats exactly the same Except dat u have feature wall for ur tv...actually, purple is a very nice colour. Duno heard from who dat MBR shld have romantic colours. Will improve the relationship between u & hubby

Yeah man..its true also becos my parents slp in aircon every nite. Sometimes, they will try to turn off 2 hrs earlier then continue to slp but the bill is the same. Also, in hotter months like June, the same amt of usage will also result in higher bills becos more energy is required to keep the temperature low. Duno true boh but dats wat they told me when i called to ask loh...cos usage pattern nv change but somehow, from May to July, my parents' bill will almost cfm be higher compared to other months !!

She actually got pregnant when she was 40! Im not saying u have to wait 10yrs more but as at now...i tink its more impt to focus on the marriage rather than focus on the TTC problem. There is a pre-conception check up available at KK They take ur blood (chk for blood count, HIV etc), weight, height, pap smear & some others i duno how to say After 2 weeks, they will give u a report & go thru the results with u. I tink for those TTC now, shld start to take folic acid I heard dat it helps... $60 sounds abit high for ur case...we live here for 3mths, average is $70-$90 wor....but do take note dat aircon does use up quite abit of electricity. Also, i tink for aircon usage, they dun count as in how much time u on u noe? Its by units...cos i saw their freaking diagram before. Its something like usage by blocks..oops...duno how to explain to u. Eg, they will count, lets say $1 for every 5 to 15min. So whether u use 5 ro 15mins, the cost is still $1...i tink they count lidat one loh...

Exactly...i made at least 3 freaking trips to Balestier juz for my lights. My ID also...very jialat. If nothing wrong, good...but if something goes wrong, usually will need a few trips to get it settled. My hubby drives but its still v far. So best is to buy somewhere near ur home...

I noe this is stupid but i received an email abt this couple who is hardly at home but still $200 a mth for a 5-room flat even when they go on long holiday. Guess wats the reason?
