I agree with you Bun Bun on the complaints on Supreme Flooring. I had the same problem. Installed 3 bedrooms laminate flooring 8 years ago. But there's once my Garment Steamer leak water in one of my bedrooms and the laminates expanded and came off. We called them wanted to replace the 3-4 damaged planks but they give me same answer as you! They dont carry this design anymore! Their advise is, either I change the 3-4 planks to another design (which is totally different color and design) or change the WHOLE ROOM! So what kind of Lifetime Warranty is that? Their warranty is "Wear Resistant, Fade Resistant, Stain Resistant". Though mine is under accidents which is not covered, but if my case was Stain Damage, they also wont have the planks to replaced it at all! So please consider again if you ever use Supreme Flooring. Their workmanship is lousy! All my flooring have gaps and I can feel the uneven floor now. Haiz...

Hi all, Pls beware of this shop selling taps, cooker hob/hoods, WC, sinks etc... They charge very expensive! More than 50% of other shops selling the same thing! My MIL is renovating her kitchen... so she pass by this shop and the lady boss assured her that since she didn't come with a contractor, she will charge her cheaper (less contractor's commission- 10%). So my MIL trusted her and bought tons of things from her! Spend abt $2300+ on WC, sink, taps, hob n hood... Acty not much things also but the bill was abt $2300! Fainted... After she came back and tell us, we went to check out the prices at other shops at Balestier. OMG, the price was so much cheaper at other shops! For example, a WC (toilet bowl) same brand same model at other shops was selling $150 - 160. But this shop at Hougang charge my MIL $280!!! They told my MIL their WC is MADE IN CANADA, is export set so abit expensive than other brands. But please lor, I went to check the Sole Distributor for this brand and they told me ALL their products selling in sg in MADE IN CHINA! So please beware of this shop.. it's just beside the Singapore Turf Club at Hougang Ave 1. Near to the Hougang Superbowl. Really lor... this shop is really very dishonest.. cheat on old people without a blink! Sigh...
