nice dining light! my hubby loves this light when we went to select the lightings for our home, but ID discourage us from choosing this as our dining light cause it is using halogen bulbs so it tends to be very hot. he also mention the brightness of the lamp would not be sufficient if we choose this design. do you face this problem with the hotness of the bulb and the lamp is not bright enough? where did you get the lamp from and how much is it?

for a household of 2 person, should I get a 25 or 35litre storage heater?

city gas technician came to my place for a site visit and told us the gas heater will be place in the service yard and gas piping will run from kitchen to service yard. our contractor on the other hand tells us that the gas heater should be place inside the common toilet bathroom (where the water pipes is). so confusing since both gives different advice.

Hi wei2, this is my coffee table. can't remember the exact amount i paid for the table but it was on 30% off. I also agree with strikingreality, that the 50% off are mainly for display units but their display items are also in pretty good condition. probably because not many people visit their shop cause of the heafty price tag haha. we felt that 30% discount is better than zero discount and we really like the coffee table. so decided to go ahead and get it.

are you refering to the mixer? hehe i spoke to the customer service and enquire regarding the new modal. the customer service agent told me that 8l is a standard version, while the 10l is inclusive of a micro chip installed within the heater. in the event 2 bathrooms are occupied and 1 toilet has finish using, the microchip will be able to detect and control the water temperature accordingly. however for the 8l it is not able to detect that 1 person has finish using the toilet, thus will not be able to auto adjust the temperature. haha hope you understand what i mean the new modals also have a stronger resistance to wind according to the customer service agent. anyone went down to city gas gallery to take a look at the the actual heater?
