Hi, Just received a private msg from poor Martins and asked for my help. dunno why he choose me, haha.. He have been bann from forum for 1 month maybe 1 of you guys must have complaint him to the moderators. Haha, you guys are so powerful and scary.. =P Anyway spare him la, he is so poor thing already & apologise and just showing his grievances for meeting a lousy contractor. But for what I have known, alot of things happened and Henry play "taichi" to push away the responsibilities thats why he is so piss. Anyway it is also good, no one will complaint you guys beloved Henry contractor anymore for this 1 month. Lastly 1) I'm not related to Martins in anyway 2) I have already since moved on 3) Pls don't complaint me too~~, world peace !! =P

I guess what you can do now is to hold his payment till he rectify all the issues including the water leakage problem since it is detect now at this early stage. Anyway cool down don't be so angry, it has proven before Henry do read the forums and will rectify them after see your problems. hihi, last weekend I was at lightings.com.sg balestier branch. The sales lady strongly recommend me to take up Phiips brand LED (4 Watts) instead of the in-house brand (3 Watts) LED bulb. I only need 4 of them to shine on the wall for decorative purposes. The reasoning was that the in-house brand LED blow easily as they are made from China. She strongly recoomend me to take the philips brand as it is more reputable and reliable. Of course Philips brand LED bulb costs more than the in-house brand. Is what she says really the truth ? Can someone enlighten me? =)

I'm thinking of using white kitchen glossy laminate for the kitchen, if formica can achieve the greatest glossy look as compared to other brand, I don't mind top up abit. I'm not sure the white laminate my contractor quote me is how many mm, but i know the brand is either jennings or EDL. =) Wow, still have speces like solid color core... custom graphics... first time heard about it =S

Hihi, I wish to enquire about the kichen sink mixer and basin. I saw that the sink mixer was installed at the sink, so your sink need to be "thicker" than normal sink inorder to install the kitchen mixer? Cuase I heard the sink joint area with the mixer tap will "dent" due to the heavy weight and pulling after some time. Can advise me?? thanks thanks~!! =)

Hihi, Thanks for helping me to check what the pre treatment is. Most probably I will paint it white also or paint it the same colors as my wall colors. =) Thank you thank you! The skirt was painted by the contractor. It's parquet, I asked my ID repaint it to white. The process not so straight forward, i remember it needs "pre-treatment" before paint it, if not the paint will drop off easily. I will check with my ID then let you know. Cheers! i
