wow! i seen the 3D, very nice leh.... especially the long island. a bit like mine except mine is not that long and its in my fav colour, white and red. hahahaha.... see 3D, add this and that. aiyoh... in the end, i don't know hwo much you going to spend. scary ya loh, his admin went back china for 2 weeks. i think alraedy 1 week so 1 more week and will be back, i think. he told me about selling LED downlights. asked me whether it would work and whether will it have biz on RT. i told him, i don't know lah.... but if he sells to his clients and also cheaper than what they can get from shops outside, i guess no problem to sell them. and i am sure its his goods then got problem, he can provide the guarantee loh.

you know, before reno, i never thought electrical can cost so much. now i know that it can cost easily $8-10k leh. my budget for it was less than $3k. imagine how much more i have to pay.

Zenterra is Andrew's electrician. if you search here, heard the review quite good abt them as well. they don't only do Andrew's projects lah. But i didn't use them cos their quote to me was higher than Ah soon. maybe cos andrew get a commission mah... and he was ok for me to use others. maybe he already earn enough % from my reno. hahahaah... both of you makes me really want to see the 3D leh. battle, pls email to me? i pm you my email?

i know some ppl cook more once they started to use happycall. so maybe you can start using that and maybe will learn to cook from your mum too.

mine is 1987 and my living room also have this alignment issue. so it gave the carpenter a bit of problem and took longer time to do up my feature wall. but now, everything is ok.

children grow up very fast, it seem like only yesterday my niece was born. but this sep, she will be going to uni already.... time really flies.
