yup yup, i have it at marina bay golf course. yes, they have a massage place but its more for those open type.. everyone sit at sofa for foot reflextology or shoulder massage. not full spa like g-spa where there are steam bath, sauna room, massage room and milk bath.

that's last time lah... now, this g-spa is proper spa place lah.....

teak can be found in south east asia, white oak only in north america. maybe that is why seldom ppl use oak loh. i also like solid wood flooring but due to budget, no choice, choose laminate instead. will save more $$ to do solid wood platform in the future!

hhahaha.. i think so too.... most of the time, rubbish area we think of smelly. i just use the top of my washing machine as extra worktop to place all the pots and pans that i just washed. or else no extra space to put them to dry before keeping in drawers.

cove lights are actually more useful than downlights. i on my cove lights most of the time. unless i want it to be super bright, then i on my cove lights plus downlights. you will not regret doing cove lights... only need to clean it loh.... i want to buy a handheld vacuum cleaner so that my cleaning aunty can vacuum the cove lighting areas.

not necessary to do re-wiring unless you know when the previous owner did the wiring. but if the resale flat is only slightly above 5 years, then no need to do too. rewiring is not that ex lah, i mean $8k for rewiring plus actual lightings and fans lah. especially if you choose some special lightings then can really cost a lot. mine is because i have a crystal chandelier which cost me $1.5k but i choose less downlights and cove lights.
