To me, it's not whether you have external hdd but rather why you want iPad. For me, it's for playing games then no need so big capacity. But if you save all your music plus video to watch in mrt etc, then need bugger instead of keep on transferring.

i checked Apple Malaysia store, its $978 for 32GB with 3G+wifi while its $932 in HK and $1078 in SG. so buying in Msia, does save a bit... but HK better lah... hahahaha....
