Depends whether you are new or old hdb. For mine, the electrical loading is 30amps so running wire for 32amps will not be possible. That's why I choose 2 rings by Romans cos it's only 18amps. The newer flats are 40amps then it's ok.

Give the sample tiles to your contractor/ID. At least they can put in office for sample instead of in your home. I like your choices of tiles. I didn't take shiny one cos slippery... Not good for my mum.

I had the same problem but I am the downstairs unit. So went to hdb and hdb sent someone to access both units. Found out was upstairs didn't keep the toilet well so everything paid by upstairs unit.

No, it was still 3 when I reached. That one is not really nice although I was tempted to buy already. Then they cane out with another model, only 3 sets and I got it. Slightly more ex than the 8 sets. Which model of electric cooker you bought?

hi friends78, no one going to shoot you. Haha... I like natural lines too so most if not all my tiles have the look of marble. Cannot afford real marble, whether it's full piece or broken. But for parquet, maybe I have bad experience before. The bedrooms in my parents house was parquet and I remembered when I was young, there was white ants attack then have to change everything. Was a headache... So now, don't like parquet. I agreed lah that the parquet is beautiful. If tangerinez likes it then should keep but if me I will change it cos I prefer cold marble looking tiles. Hehe....

I went on Sunday but don't see that mixer at all. So make do with just an oven.

4k too steep lah but if can afford then ok lah. If u spend more on sofa, then less elsewhere lah.

I also prefer cold tiles as I don't on aircon so stepping on it is not so cold. But if always on aircon, parquet is more comfortable to step on. If keep then cheaper reno loh. Ya, it's never too early then can compare and take time to decide. Took me a long time to look for chairs that I like, even though I start looking since November. Hehe....

induction or gas or vitroceramic, i think all are the same if you know how to adjust the way you cook to have the same type of "wok hei". or maybe the type of wok you buy? they say cast iron will have that kind of taste....
