i only have 750mm for the sink area and i want to have double bowl which can mount undersink and yet the tab is between the 2 bowls, not outside the sink area. Lastly, the bigger bowl of the double bowl have to be able to fit a wok so at least 450mmx420mm on the bigger bowl.

I bought vitroceramic cooker before confirming my contractor. Oh and also aircon and fridge and washing machine... Haha... These things won't change much of the design. Others, I buy after I confirmed. But doesn't really matter cos there are few things that you won't need contractor or ID to tell you whether it's suitable with your design. Fridge, washing machine, oven, electrical items, aircon etc, no need him to tell you. Just make sure there are enough space for these. Firstly you must have some idea but if you don't have then better let ID to tell you loh. Will pm you the contractor's name and number.

i am going for red and white kitchen. how can tiles turn yellow? i don't understand the way your contractor says it. tiles are made of homogenous, the colour will not change... but if you say white kitchen, maybe the laminate might turn yellowish.... althought that is also a not easy and fast like 3 months. There are a few people here that have white kitchen and they never say its turning yellowish. as for 80x80 tiles, why would it be uneven?? hmmm.... the workmanship lousy then? hahahaha.....
