Yup, don't go into this kind of agreement if possible. Not many sellers need extension so really not easy loh. But a lot also do that extension so must be as you feel comfortable lah. I wasn't so I make the 1st appt as far as possible then 2nd appt also as far as possible.

as i know, got to relay again the cable from outside to where you want it to be (ie in the bedroom). Fiber cable cannot extend by tying half and half. and the only person can do this is opennet. so if you sign with singtel, then got to ask singtel whether they can relay the cables.

tiles are not slippery. i choose non slippery tiles cos i am also afraid my mum will fall. and nowadays lots of tiles that are non slippery.... and those woodgrain lookalike tiles will feel cozy too
