Congrats in starting your reno. for me, i try to go view everyday so i can know what is happening without them trying to hide anything from me. if you worried and scared, then leave it to you contractor. i am sure they will do a fantastic job!

Ya the ice cream are quite nice. I am surprised that it's quite light in textured, not very heavy. Maybe the churning in the machine makes it light? Thanks for your recipe. Next time come my place to bake and I let you try my durian ice cream.

Haha... Thanks!! I really am so glad abt it cos I expected to take half days here and there for Reno due to issues. Buy during that 5 weeks I never took any emergency leave at all. Only the last few days which was planned so that I can clean new place and packed old place. Hhhmmmmm seriously I never deh during Reno. Haha.... So you will be fine!!

I pray that you will have smooth Reno and the final result is as you envisioned it to be. Really not many will get what they envisioned fulfilled. All the best!!

by the time i reach her place with my ice cream during the house warming, i think we will be drinking cream with fruit juice instead of ice cream. hehehehe..... i put less sugar than in recipes.... so at least not so bad?? hahahaha... trying to console myself.

picture doesn't always telll 1000 words.... so don't believe all pictures that you see. hahahaha..... that is why i make all the ice cream and yet don't eat them. its just for ppl that come my place to eat it. that way, i have fun making them and yet not making myself gain weight. good idea? hahahaha..... i don't use eggs too. just simple cream, fruits and sugar. i don't mind the recipe so i might know how to make more flavours! thanks in advance!!

huh? if hdb not approved, then when she get the hle, would already know mah. don't care about her! only hdb will know so maybe you call hdb on monday? whatever she says is useless since already gone through 1st appt and she would have her hle then.

2 MONTHS INTO LIVING HERE I feel like i have not been giving what is due to my contractor during my past review. Even though i have been staying here for 2 months and handover date have long passed, whenever i have problems also he will help. This contractor was introduced by my church friend. the other day, she had some problem with her electrical and her son not able to solve it. So she called my contractor and he went to help almost immediately (that night that she called). My friend had finished her reno about 4 years ago. You might say that warranty is for 5 years, so even though its 4 years, it should still be valid. But we know that electrical is not included as electrical usually is done by someone else. But he still helped even though electrical was done by another person. i would say that he is really responsible. Other than my friend, i want to thank him as well for helping me to patch up my bed's partition headboard. As it was made with partition board, its not as sturdy as wood. So after few times of leaning against it, there were some cracks. My contractor sent his coordinator to patch up and repainted that area. The coordinator bought a whole can of paint to repaint it and left the rest for me. So if anything else i want to repaint, i can do so. Especially my bedroom are lilac white, its easy to get dirty. So having the paint means i can repaint anytime that i want to. The other day, i read that mae29 contractor helped her to cover up the gap between aircon piping to the walls. i decided to check mine as well cos i don't remember seeing any gaps. So i went around looking aircon piping, electrical casing, and boxed up. i don't find any gaps at all. Which means that all these were already done even before i need to tell him. so all these minor things really make me so thankful for him.

hahahaha.... you want me to make but you want ely to donate? hehehe... let's see whether she will or not.
