i think can fabricate to whatever length you want. although most ppl will not want 1 piece cos once you open, have to open the whole piece leh. blinds are easier to maintain but curtains are softer and more romantic loh.

aiyoh, where got midnight? it was only 10plus loh.... hahaaha.... and i managed to reach home before 11pm leh. hehehehe.... so its not midnight lah.... the 2nd time i made it, too much durian then its a bit heavy. i think i will try again and this time really have to write down the recipe to share with everyone.

Rewiring costs are basically based on per point. So, each point will be calculated on different pricing. lighting points, socket points, dimmer lights, double switch lights, fan points, etc etc. So, its all depending on what you plan to do.... for normal 4 room flat, about 4k. I guess EM can be easily 6-7k.

alraedy paid for the oven, must use it lah. its not for deco.... painting is for deco, oven is to be used. hahahaha.... i shared my cakes with anyone i get to meet along the week.... my colleagues, my church friends, and even the elderly i do my volunteer work. forum friends? only if they stay nearby like friends78

It is quite fun to do reno, actually. i don't mind being kpo also if there are friends that need my help. but alas.... none is asking me. i am staying for nearly 3 months too.... time flies, definitely!! And i am not thinking of adding anything too. hehehehe.... no lah, my wardrobe is not that big lah. its only 15ft. there are others here that are looking at 23ft!!! what is mine compared to theirs?

New hobby I haven't been really active here since my reno completed and i moved in. Enjoying myself too much at my new home that i don't really have time for anything else. What i enjoy? The big tv, comfortable big bed in a big bedroom, wonderful toilet and most importantly, my long island.
