Your electrician doesn't seem good leh. So many problems.... Took forever to do lightings, then now short circuits.... It's not good to have short circuit often cos will spoilt yr electrical items like fridge. Don't know abt warranty leh. You see yr contractor can help u or not loh. He recommended the electrician?

i saw number 1 before at a shop at marina sq. i think that shop sells dead sea salt? Its nice lah.. and i think quite easy to clean too. will not have algae is easy to clean lah..... mine already 10 months and looks as new as ever. my cleaning aunty quite good, i guess.

i have number 7 in my common toilet too. one thing to note, not easy to find a sink that will fit the tap. That is because its quite long so to find a sink that is big enough for the tap and yet not too big to put in common toilet is not that easy. took me about 2 months before finding it

mine is done by electrician.... yes, not 1 lighting point = 1 switch. Each lighting point need a wire, that is why it was counted by lighting points... Your way of quotation definitely cheaper if by switch but mine is not too bad considering i have quite a lot of double sockets.. But Valerie's definitely doubled!!

my whole flat rewiring costs near to $3k. its really depending on how many lighting points you have. So really have to see each point how much is being charged. I got 28 lighting points, with 3 fan poins, 17 double sockets, 1 oven point, 1 hob point, 1 aircon point and 1 SCV point and opennet. Mine already more than what Valerie is doing and yet mine is slightly less than $3k.
