why do you need to move out of your current place by may/june? then you started looking for flat? not so easy to look for flat and get everything done then do reno too. i was needed to move out by march and i started viewing in Oct but in the end also delayed the moving to apr.

the things they choose also very ex.... just furniture alone, i think my brother already spent nearly 100k (and its GBP, not SGD). The ID he choose take commission based on the items bought so the more ex items bought, the higher his commission. That is why only choose ID if you have lots of money to spend.

Yup, i agreed with your definition of ID. Andrew would be considered as ID for some people too but to me, he is still a contractor. My bro paid for an ID and ID will choose bed, sofa, dining table, lightings, curtains, etc etc to furnish the whole house..... Then overlooking the whole renovation and buying all the necessary items that are needed during renovation. Everything are seamless like what NeoBY says. I think there are not that many IDs in Singapore. they just called themselves ID.

my current fabric sofa is already 9 years plus.... still very good condition.... just that i am bored with the colour... hahaah....
