chartis? ok... i go find out. THanks my flat have fire insurance by my previous owner. he bought 5 years and still covered until 2013 Nov. Wen i went for my 2nd appt, the hdb officer told me no need to buy since still have insurance. This is because the loan was under HDB for my previous owner..... so must have fire insurance that are HDB appointed agent (ETIQA). Do you have to buy your own fire insurance?

switches are included lah... electrical by IDs are this kind of price.... hehehehe.. that is why better to find own electrician. but going to be done already so just close one eye lah.... so many lighting points and RJ45... of course ex lah....

i think i only have fire insurance and nothing else... maybe i should have content insurance too. getzski, please recommend which company you are using leh.

did you buy anything for your neighbours before start of reno? I did buy a round cake for all my neighbours, above and below and sideways..... so no complains at all. Even though the hacking was done till quite late and many days too (cos of hdb approvals came in 3 different time) Then while doing other works, all rushed for me as i need to move in 5.5 weeks.
