its all depends on the person that does the 3D. not all are able to do the 3D properly.... some really lousy... like mine (which was Andrew's old staff). The new guy was better but also quitted.

what you choose was not common so they did wrong one??

HDB will inform the seller as the flat still belongs to the seller. it was my seller that told me about HDB approval

he have the 3D software, cost him more than 10k for the 3D software, for 1 copy. He says there are pirated but he is using the original software loh. He used to have one drafter (cannot called designer cos all the person do is draw 3D) based on his feedback. real designer will know how to draw 3D and think of designs....

its nice to have a bit of colour lah.... just to make the toilet amazing!! hehehe....

Because i am a christian, i don't believe in at fengshui so no one did any fengshui audit for me. Pastor and cgl also don't belive in fengshui so there is nothing to ask. and whether there is anything that they need to do to my new flat, then no, there is nothing. I don't do any ceremony before starts of reno or when i move in...

i also have 18BTU and i think its ok leh... when i on the aircon, other area might not be very cold but sofa area was ok. maybe the aircon is blowing near sofa. as long as you don't expect it to be super cold, then i think its ok.

ya, i thought there is Hafary in the west.... can go have a look and maybe you will find something suitable. how come he gives so many drawings? mine only have 3 drawings and even that was not nice at all.... after making changes for 3 times, i gave up. that guy was totally not good but i heard the one that draw my 3D already left. reason why main door can install digital lock is because gate cannot install digital lock. 1) the lock doesn't fit gate 2) gate have holes so can fiddle and open the digital lock So those that want digital lock have to use number padlock to open the gate. or like me, don't have gate! for children for doors that goes 180 degrees, its a bit dangerous lah... when they run, they will push the door. then they cannot see who is at the other side of the door then when they push, might knock someone down. i have a 180 degrees door for my MBR and 360 degree door for my WIW.
