My contractor clean my windows for me leh. Especially those along corridor cos initially I wanted to change but since condition is good so I just asked him to help me remove the old window film and clean all nicely. My contractor hired special ppl to clean windows that are different from the bangla that do chemical wash. It might be as clean as I want it to be but definitely put in effort one loh.

Most flats nowadays uses homogeneous tiles. You can go do more house viewing or house warming. Hehe.... Haha.... You have nice big kitchen so should buy nice accessories..... Correll are good buy! No harm getting more for future.

I bought 3 sets of cordell, 2 sets of 25 pieces and 1 set of 15 pieces then I also bought those lose pieces from ntuc. Haha..... So u should buy more for parties, cos now u can always have parties at home.

Why your tiles can feel the grout lines? there shouldn't be any sharp feel as it will hurt yr feet when you walk ard. I like homogenous tiles is cannot afford marble.

What tiles you use for kitchen? Dark colored?

yup, i understand gray doors are not that common but that doesn't give them a reason to do it wrongly mah.

i also don't think there will be any problem. painted walls are good idea cos after few years, can repaint again. but if tiles, if want to change, will be more difficult. I am sure the paint can last for 5 years or so.... all our external walls are painted too and hdb will repaint every few years.
