Q2: Yes, i have those steam iron. i used for 2-3 times and i gave up. its take very long to get it straight and when you keep it in the wardrobe, it get wrinkles faster than those normal iron. don't like it at all

sometimes what is in floor plan is not to the exact of the flat. If someone have hacked before thinking its not bold line then found steel bars in the wall then going forward the whole stack in the block will not allow to hack that wall anymore. Maybe that's what happened for terrain. My contractor also hacked before non bold line and found steel bars. So what you see on floor plan sometimes not 100% accurate. As for yours, that's why contractor says can try to apply. If someone had tried to hack and realized no steel bars then chances u can hack too.

you were confusing me for a while there. you might not know until you try all ways. can always get PE to approval if they allow. anyway, your few months was not abt hacking but also looking for contractors mah. so, don't say its down the drain. Keep asking HDB till you get what you wanted.

when you say hack existing kitchen and toilets today, you meant the tiles only, right? what is on hold is the whole store room and the wall between bedroom 2 and 3 lah.

maybe the one you saw at expo is 7kg? mine is 8kg so that i can wash 2 king size bedsheet at the same time. hehehehe.... samsung is also ok leh... my previous samsung also quite quiet, but i just find its not so clean lah.... this electrolux i find stains on my clothes can be washed properly. front load machine can last at least 8-10 years leh.... i think by then, don't know what kind of washing machine there will be.

yup, definitely have to change the lock. cannot be sure what your seller did last time so always change doors or at least the lock. so have to pend again and wait for approval loh. no idea what are your chances leh..... maybe you can call the hdb officer to ask whether its ok if you have PE approval for hacking?

is yours hdb or private? when you say your house, its not obvious whether yours is hdb or private. COV has gone done so maybe if your COV is too high, no one dares to offer (if yours if hdb). If yours if private condo, maybe market is slightly slower at the moment?

oh i see... sometimes i also wash 2 loads, one for bedsheet and towels and one for home clothings. then sometimes another load for office wear.

it's 1082. I like it cos it's quiet when it's running. But I hate the sound when the washing are done. Not nice melody but those tu tu sound that makes me so irritated. Haha.... Which I don't know whether that's good or not because u will want to quickly off it. And I feel the clothes are cleaner than my previous Samsung washer.

The chairs does seem very comfortable and definitely suit the bench and dining table. Like if!!
