Yes, I chose I tile only. Don't want to separate kitchen with living.

I bought from best tech. Some ppl have bad experience with them but it was ok for me. Nothing is wrong with mine and their service also ok. Not as bad as I thought. At least they did properly and never gave my contractor any problem.

Can see the plastering is really smooth. Nice!

Oh, you never buy bedsheet before??

My house only 1 tiles throughout other than toilet. It's seamless everywhere.... And it's rough but feel very good for feet. Everyone that came likes it and even the mediacorp people says its actually very comfortable as its not too slippery nor too rough. You have to feel it to know.

Both mine are 8 inches and they fit well with normal bedsheet. Not sure abt 10 inches though. You might have to ask the sales girl when you buy. I think 10 inches considered thicker mattresses already.

those 2 young guys also a lot of things to say one lah... this cannot that cannot. if not because i "teah" with them a bit, i think they also will not do nicely and come back 3 times to get the things done correctly. not all their fault but i wanted to do this and that. Andrew also nice, never charged me extra. ya, andrew can be fierce when he wants to. so i guess his team all also got to give face a bit. as long as you willing to talk to andrew if anything not happy, i know he sure will correct for you.

Ya loh, if plumber don't install correctly will affect filer cos most of the time, tiles have to be replaced. Mine had that too. But my plumbers are 2 young guys..... Hehe.....

most importantly, its your home. as long as you are happy...... and when we make decision at that time, have to take into consideration everything. Seeing your home now, looks so clean and cosy... like all the teak wood furniture!

Congrats in finding move in unexpected places... hahaha..... where is your new home going to be? overlooking river? hmmm.... sound very nice! i would think the master toilet to use sliding door might be even better. i think special permit is needed to move the basin to outside of toilet. as suggested by aya, remain the basin in toilet would be safer on leakages. also agreed with aya, the door to the empty room should remain. then no need for you to hack wall and seal up existing door. wasting money for nothing. just suggestions.

andrew told me he haven't have time to meet new clients for the past few weeks cos busy with yours and battle's flat. Then will be busy with shiang's.

ya, he loves silestone and ceasarstone a lot a lot i also think that joint lines re greater eyesore. let's say 5 years later, really so badly stained, i am ok to polish it or else, just replace the whole thing loh.... 2 times using LG /samsung is cheaper than 1 time of quartz. heheheh

andrew told me he did an EM in 3 weeks. it was requested by the owner and to get all done in 3 weeks, of course the mark up is higher to make sure no mistakes... so it can be done in 1 month. but if have such request then cannot get the cheapest lah.... have to pay for the speed + quality.

sorry to hear about your problem. that was my worry too when i have very tight deadline to move in. just hope that at least the wetworks and masonry will finish by thursday so at least you can move in by friday. then carpentry would normally take a day or two to install if you do not have a lot of them. do you have a clause with your ID on compensation since they late in handling over?
