If you get through contractor/ID, all those installation, backsplash, top mount holes etc etc will be included. unless you get from factory then maybe you need to ask abt these.

i think you can reduce the amount of work. Why would you want to lay tiles in 3 bedrooms then lay laminate in the master bedroom? isn't that repeated? yes, mirror and glass will make the total cost go up and if you don't want to to pay so much, then try to reduce the amount of mirror etc. i calculated the price pfr etc, i think its quite reasonable.
