Yes, i agreed. this KYK is very good. I bought one for my parents and my sis also got one herself. My brother is the one started using it and said that its good. We just put it on top of the granite top and its not taking up that much of space. oh yes, i have the same idea too. So for my rubbish chute, i don't plan to have any cabinet or boxing it up. firstly, i want to be able to see it and clean that area. secondly, i want to be able to tape up the side when fogging going to be done so nothing can crawl out of it. thirdly, save some costs also so will just have nice rubbish chute and kitchen counter build on the top that can flip open so its not so obvious and yet still able to be seen and cleaned.

Hi Nuar, how to know your contractor's under drawer will be smooth or not? You will need to see and feel it, right? I might go ikea on saturday to have a look with my sis cos she is using something now that is good so she can give me a better idea. I will let you know as well.

Thanks Nuar. a few IDs told me that my floor plan is not that good cos the living/dining is too long. L shaped sofa will have difficulties to place. but i love the MBR cos the attached bathroom is not "eating" into the space of the bedroom. My reno will only starts in March. My ideal dream home might have to be thrown out of the windows due to budget constrain.

Then re tile the whole house + kitchen cabinet and wardrobe in masterbedroom. THat's about it!!! i am willing to pay 40-42k too but can't really find anyone able to do that for me at the moment. who is your ID?

congrats!!! must let us know how much damage was the whole reno to your wallet. All the 3D designs looks so fantastic. my 4 room flat quotation by my ID already $50k without sanitary wares, rewiring, curtains etc. But if your EM able to do it, i don't know why mine can't. and believe me, yours looks much nicer than mine.

Ya, I already asked them to make a space for oven. Must learn from you, ask my contractor to coordinate with the subcon from the shop. Hopefully everything is smooth so less headache for me.
