So i will be buying from here loh... as for fan and lightings, too heavy to bring back by myself so i think will get it here too. the only thing i will buy from malaysia might just be curtains and that also depending on pricing..... i don't need much furniture so its ok......

Your kitchen doesn't look that small leh. How can your kitchen just be 15ft? After thinking, 15ft quite big for kitchen especially there are top and bottom. Mine only 17ft and I am not doing top. Hehe....
