Why not just get solar film, or black film to paste over...DIY shop sells rolls of such film/sheet... If u want design, think they have too, else get it print to the design u want.. Go to shops such as Botak for printing...

Go for corner for easy removal...

It really depend on your time, money and creativity. Time- no time n no idea, let ID cover all for you, but = $$$$ If got a little bit of time and you want to do things you prefer, get contractor. They can also give you advise to certain aspect but major decision still lays in you. U got to plan what you want to do, who to do, what to do first, and co-ordinate everyone. Not easy (I'm doing that for my new place, but luckily got an ID friend who sub some of the work for me, and he give ideas as well... Time well spend, and seeing results soon....

I went direct. Got the 12mm thick. Feel great with the stepping feel as it not so holow.

My new place just installed Laminates from Supreme, very happy with the quality and workmanship.

I was looking at the guys doing my laminate flooring.. SEEM easy.. but i think, i rather pay them to do the job.. i think they had done a good job, and its important to choose the Form, even if you chose the thickest laminate.. (think 12mm is the thickest).. it give you more solid feel when you step on it..

we got the SwissPro recently.. have yet to install...

i have seen the bamboo flooring.. but the finishing not very nice leh...

I am installing simple lighting control system.. cost me 5k for just light controls and electronic switches.. if you want to control so much things.. get ready to burn a bug hole on your pocket.. if you want nice system.. let me know.. i go lobang.. but get $$ ready.. at least for the switches.. I think Aircon, Curtains, and Music not really needed unless u are staying in landed...

Hi, I got myself a purifier about 5 mths back, and my immediate point to consider is SIZE, Power Consumption, and FIlter Life-span.. (maintainability.. and what IT Claim to do (virus filter, Odor, etc).. after much research and searching, i got the Panasonic one.. it cost about 500.. but the filter life is about 10 years (even if we take it as 5 years.. its good enough, depletion of $100 a year).. its easy to clean, (just vacuum..) and it really detect dust and odour very well... to-Date.. No regret... JUST my THOUGHTs and experience...
