New addition to my terranium. A fern pot using a beaker

What a relaxing weekend. I decided to share some not so nice updates. One of my led light decided to stop working and I called the shop that sold me. They told me I have to pay $50 for them to come down to replace it. To me, I don't understand why I need to pay more for rectification of a faulty piece. I really regret not getting these through my main contractor as he would have changed it for me FOC. Even now he told me he can install it for me FOC... but I need to take it out and exchange it myself. On a light note, I decided to put my terranium on the bench for a photo. The bench turned out to be a good idea for bag storage. My son and daughter each have a bag, we have a diaper bag and my own work bag. Can hide all nicely in a black ikea box under the bench

Thanks. It's from ethnicraft. The prices are on their website. I bought the extendable one as I like having dinner parties.

The hob and hood were bought from Kah Hock Trading and Repairer. Please call them for prices. i shouldn't share it online.

Hi Xavvy it is not paint. It is a cement screed wall. They apply cement over a surface and let it dry. The artwork depends on the person doing it.

Hello I replied you on your blog. The sealer was a matte finish one. yeah I am waiting for my ID to send me the final photos. They look 10 times nicer than my iPhone.

Sorry for hijacking this page. no for budget reasons we went with the generic shower set. Easier for contractor also. But concealed one definitely nicer!!

We used a matte finish sealer. Don't remember the brand unfortunately. Actually some marks are good cos it constitutes as screed art rather than the generic just gray throughout. To eye of the beholder I guess

Very nice Reno! Anyway some people do put sealer over the screed but depends on the type of sealer and 功力。I thought yours look quite good actually!!

Hello all, jay and velle came by today to shoot the final photos of our moved in state. They were also v nice to give us some decor items. I like the 'lily pad' the most (green placemat) as it goes well with my side coffee table. on another note,I also bought two fighting fish to decorate my build in shoe storage unit. One is a female blue steel and one is a male red dragon. Originally was a blue male but he didn't survive the moving process. Hope these two will be happy.

Thanks spooky!

Yes it is really good. My daughter has spilled milk and water but it's okay. I also mop my floor regularly and it is ok. Think herf is pretty well established in Singapore. I just like the practicality and I don't need to hold my breath everytime an accident happens.

Thanks Jolene. Can't wait to see your journey too!

We have finally moved everything in over the weekend. Thanks to my father and father in law for their help! The house is still in the process of decluttering but I managed to take some photos of the living and dining before the mess arrived!
